More Snow Monkeys

Last year I did my first post about the Snow Monkeys in Japan. At the start of 2011 I spent 3 weeks in awesome Japan. We headed up to Yamanouchi district, which is about a 45 minute train ride from Nagano.  From there it's a short trip to the Jigokudani Monkey Park. It was -05 degrees too did I mention that? In case you were wondering most of the Onsen/hotels run a regular bus to the park....Anyway, the Jigkudani Monkey Park is amazing. The Monkeys are wild and wander where they like. Anyway this is the 2nd lot of Snow Monkey photos...

Enjoy and I'll see you next week!

NYPD

When most people think of New York, one of the first things they associate is the NYPD. Today I'm posting photos I took of various NYPD related things whilst in New York recently.

Sydney

Today I'm posting some panoramas I took while I was in Sydney last year.

Sydney is great city to wander around and it's a very photographic city. The harbour and it's surrounds make for a photographers dream.

Summer at the Beach

This time of the year in Australia it's summer time! With the majority of Australian major cities located on the coast most Australians spend their summer days down at the beach.

Some of Australia's beaches rate the best in the world and are great for photographing.

I usually take my Panasonic Lumix camera to the beach. I highly recommend getting a water proof/drop proof camera as it allows you to photograph in places that you may not want to take tour DSLR.

Today I'm posting a photo from Noosa in sunny Queensland and a panorama from Merimbula in NSW
