Panoramas
One of the things that got me into photography were seeing some of the
amazing panorama shots that were being done by photographers. The
panorama is more captivating than your regular photo because it
captures more of the story. Panoramas are not hard to do they just require the right equipment such as good monopod or tripod, a camera and some good photo stitching software....I use Photoshop but there is other software around that does the same job. The only trick needed is patience. If you stuff up one shot in the sequence the whole image may be no good. I usually take the shot sequence 5 or more times just to make sure.
Below are three of my panoramas however there are numerous more in earlier posts such as the baseball stadium post from last week (14/05/12). Enjoy and I'll see you next week.

Baseball Stadiums
There's nothing quite like visiting a MLB baseball Stadium in the USA, they come in all shapes and sizes from the ultra modern areas such as the New York Yankees brand new stadium thru to old school grounds that have been around for over 100 years such as Bostons Fenway Park and Chicago's Wrigley field. I love taking panoramas and here are a couple of panoramas I took of MLB baseball stadiums. |

Australian Animals
I enjoy spending time at Zoos and one of my favorite is Australia Zoo, in Queensland. Not only does it take all day to get around, it has plenty of native mammals, small reptiles and birds and of course large crocs! There's also plenty of non-native animals such as tigers and elephants to name a few.
Here are a couple of native Australian animals I photographed while I was in Queensland, the Koala and Rock Wallaby.
